Checking in a little early for my once-a-month posting schedule, in honor of happy happenings.

Sometimes things actually come together in this world. Freaky. Life is suddenly eventful. In fact, today, in a single hour, Apple introduced video iPods, the cat escaped the new house (he’s back safe and sound), I got offered a new project – hilariously, a hip hop-themed project – and the FedEx man brought me the single largest check I have ever seen. (To be fair, it’s not that it was really so much money. It’s just that it was a lot of money to get at once.)

Goings-on are going on. Of course, you know what they say: The more things change, the more they stay the same. And so I leave you with proof of that immortal wisdom, as evidence that I will not be transformed by the admittedly transforming environment around me.

I’m pretty sure W.’s getting out his crayons (and by that I mean “Tomahawk missiles”) right now.
